ZeroMorphine Intellectual Property

The following marks and creative identities are protected intellectual property of Morphine Publishing House, LLC:

ZM®, ZeroMorphine®, ZEROMORPHINE®, Zero Morphine, and all associated:

• Logos and insignias
• Character identities and literary personae
• Narrative universes and creative embodiments

Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
• MPH reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Each customer is limited to one book per order, unless otherwise stated.
  

Sales Tax Disclosure

Taxes:

Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, based on the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed before an order is finalized. Taxes collected are remitted to the appropriate tax authorities. 

International Orders:

International orders are not charged U.S. sales tax. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their country upon delivery. 

Shipping & Returns

• Orders ship according to the timelines stated at checkout.
• All sales are final. Due to the limited-edition and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation and their order number.
• Resolution (replacement, refund, or alternative remedy) will be determined at MPH’s discretion.
  

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, duties, or VAT imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. MPH is not responsible for delays, holds, or refusals caused by customs authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morphine Publishing House, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Governing Law
