Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including but not limited to books, written works, poetry, text, excerpts, images, graphics, artwork, illustrations, designs, characters, packaging concepts, logos, insignias, brand elements, and associated creative materials—is owned by Morphine Publishing House, LLC, its authors or creators, or used with permission.

Purchasing an MPH product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, reproduction, publication, merchandising, licensing, or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

Except where expressly authorized in writing by MPH or otherwise permitted by applicable law, MPH content and intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, adapted, displayed, performed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works.

Character identities and literary personae

Original artwork, visual identities, and creative elements
Associated literary, artistic, and brand properties

Collectively, the “ZeroMorphine Intellectual Property.”

The ZeroMorphine Intellectual Property is protected, as applicable, under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws.

No license or permission to use ZeroMorphine Intellectual Property is granted by accessing this website or purchasing an MPH product.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, publication, performance, display, creation of derivative works, merchandising, counterfeiting, or other exploitation—whether commercial or non-commercial—is strictly prohibited except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Morphine Publishing House, LLC reserves the right to pursue all rights and remedies available under applicable federal and state law for infringement, dilution, misappropriation, counterfeit activity, or unauthorized use.

Unauthorized use may result in:

Cease-and-desist demands
Injunctive relief
Trademark infringement, dilution, or unfair-competition claims
Copyright infringement claims
Financial penalties and monetary or statutory damages
Recovery of costs and legal fees where permitted by law
Other remedies available under applicable law

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment must be received or successfully authorized before orders are processed.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or product availability.
MPH reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or refund orders at our discretion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, violation of purchase limits, or other operational or legal circumstances.
MPH may establish quantity or purchase limits for limited-edition or designated products. Any applicable limits will be stated on the product page, at checkout, or otherwise communicated in connection with the sale.

If MPH cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Pricing

MPH makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, availability, and pricing are accurate.

Prices may change before an order is placed. In the event of a material typographical, technical, pricing, or inventory error, MPH reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel and refund an affected order.

Sales Tax Disclosure

Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by applicable law, generally based on the shipping destination and transaction information provided at the time of purchase.

Any taxes collected by MPH or its commerce provider will be displayed at checkout and remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities as required by law.

Shipping & Returns

Orders ship according to the timelines or estimates stated on the website or at checkout.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
MPH is not responsible for carrier, weather, customs, governmental, or other shipping delays outside our reasonable control.
All sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Due to the limited-edition, collectible, and small-batch nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, customers should contact MPH within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible and provide their order number and photo documentation.

MPH will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy depending on product availability, the nature of the issue, and applicable law.

The 48-hour reporting request does not eliminate any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Limited-Edition & Collectible Products

Certain MPH products may be signed, numbered, handcrafted, small-batch, limited-edition, or collectible in nature.

Minor variations inherent in printing, binding, packaging, signing, numbering, production, or other individually produced elements may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Specific edition, signature, numbering, or collectible characteristics expressly promised in a product listing will form part of that product’s description.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country or applicable authorities unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges are generally not included in the item price or shipping cost.

MPH is not responsible for delays, inspections, holds, or other processing by customs authorities outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products may lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morphine Publishing House, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our website, business, products, services, or legal obligations.
